1. Sales conditions

1.1 The terms of sale apply to the purchase of goods and services between the buyer (hereinafter the Consumer) and the company CHOOSEU OÜ from the LOOMALEPAI.EE online store.

3. Placing the order

4. Sales conditions

5. Delivery

5.3 If the goods have not reached the Customer within a reasonable time, the customer must be contacted via e-mail to check the correctness of the recipient's data. 5.4 The online store is not responsible for the delay in the delivery of goods if the goods have been handed over to the logistics partners on time, but the delay in delivery is due to circumstances that the online store could not influence or foresee.

6. Rights of return

6.1 After receiving the order, the Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the e-shop within 14 days without giving a reason.
